Kahrs Smaland Oak Aspeland

With a handscraped surface with saw marks plus bevelled edges and brushing before a distinctive stained and oiled finish is applied, the three-dimensional structure of the surface enhances the knots and grain, giving the floor a worn look and feel. Oak Aspeland is an extra rustic board with knots, cracks and fillings. They are finished with natural oil to create an individual look for each board. Washed white-grey tones blend to create a relaxing ambience.

The Smaland collection includes some of the most rustic-grade floors from Kahrs. Each plank is individually treated based on its unique composition of knots, graining and cracks. The result is a dynamic surface that looks different as light levels change and according to which angle you view it.
