What an outstanding company! I found them on the Internet. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had telephoned in advance of our visit and spoke to Craig. He couldn't have done more to help - nothing was too much trouble. Once on-site, Craig gave us plenty of impartial information, which enabled us to make our purchase; he then quickly arranged for us to collect our engineered flooring from the nearby warehouse. The warehouse staff were most polite and efficient, loading up our vehicle carefully. Truly excellent service all round - a great company to deal with - highly recommended

We were very impressed with the range of vinyl flooring on display. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, and we chose a Swedish Vinyl floor by Kahrs. Our floor layers were very impressed with the quality, especially the backing, which adds strength to the floor. It has a warm feel, is highly durable, and was very reasonably priced for the quality. The delivery was on time, and the man was very helpful and polite. I am very impressed with all aspects of the service.

After contacting at least 10 flooring suppliers, I could not find anyone who could help me source a particular board type that I have. Fortunately, Hamiltons was willing to take the time and had the knowledge to identify my flooring and supplied me with the correct boards within the week. Excellent service.

Briony was extremely helpful in providing me with information on the amount of stock they had for Quickstep Palazzo Cinnamon Oak, as it was not available from other suppliers and Quickstep themselves informed me that they did not know when stock would be imported into the UK. The delivery was very fast and the delivery man extremely friendly and helpful. As a 70 year old lady, this excellent service was very much appreciated, and they deserve 5 stars.

I needed door thresholds and a trim which they stained to match the flooring, it turned out even better than I hoped and my flooring looks amazing. My fitter said the Kahrs flooring locking system was easy to install. The flooring itself has a rough texture which I feel gives it’s a really rustic look. Once again the team at Hamilton's have been able to offer what other flooring companies have not. This time I needed wide prime engineered oak flooring to clad a staircase and they offered me the Tarkett range of engineered oak flooring. From the start of the project the team at Hamilton's were fantastic. They listened to what I needed and were able to offer a full range of options to suit the floor that I had to fit. Amazing quality and looks of my new floor. Hamiltons have been more than helpful, doing actually more than I was expecting : measurements, removing old carpet , installing new skirting , new door steps and frames around the fire place. I wanted a hand finished floor for my customer, I visited Hamiltons and they supplied me with unfinished oak by Tarkett and some stain to finish. The results were very good and my customer was so happy with the final product. I find Hamiltons very helpful to work with.

It is rare these days to receive excellent customer service, a great product and professional fitting but that is exactly what we received. Our first step into real wood flooring and not really knowing what we needed, the advice we received was unbiased, honest and professional. We had the whole ground floor of our house finished in Tarkett engineered oak flooring. Hamiltons worked around us having the kitchen replaced at the same time.
